Indian mobiles are 10 digits starting with 6, 7, 8 or 9. Drop any leading 0 and dial +91 followed by the full 10-digit number. Landlines add an STD code — 22 for Mumbai, 11 for Delhi, 80 for Bengaluru — again without the leading zero.
